We are committed to helping deserving students in Georgia and Florida achieve their educational goals and alleviate the burden of student debt.

2024 Scholarship Timeline

• October 4, 2024: Application Closes

• November 15, 2024: Scholarship Award Notifications

• November 21, 2024: Deadline to Claim Scholarship (If you do not reply to email by the deadline to accept the award, you will not receive the scholarship)

• Invite to the Scholarship Gala on December 8, 2024, in which you must confirm and reply

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 and above.

• Required documents :

  1. Letter of introduction about yourself and goals (2 paragraphs) ​

  2. An essay without any specific topic restrictions that represents you (1 page)

  3. One letter of recommendation from the school Principal, School Counselor, or Community Leader.

  4. An un-official transcript (Seniors only graduating in 2025 can use their Junior year transcript).​

Applicant should not include any identifying personal information in his/her essay, including name or school. Doing so will result in immediate disqualification of the application.  Essays will be evaluated by a pre-selected committee and will be graded on content, creativity/writing style, and technical components (i.e., grammar/spelling).
